Salt Speedway has two tracks, a straight one for speed racing, which is about 10miles long, while a curved one (oval shaped), which is used for distance racing, and is between 10 to 12 miles on average. At the beginning of racing times at Salt Speedway, the track was marked with just a single black line, which divided the track into two lanes. However, with the passing of time, the practice has changed, and now you will find lines drawn on either side of the tracks, to make it look more professional. The racing marks are added just a day before the actual races have to take place.

Set in every August, this event attracts loads of people from across the globe, to try out their luck and set new world records for land speed.
